Looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to execute B2B digital brand and advertising campaigns across owned and paid media for a fast-growing performance media agency. 

We are looking for an junior to mid-level B2B Digital Marketing specialist to execute digital brand and advertising campaigns across owned and paid media for a fast-growing performance media agency.

This agency is creating a niche for themselves in the market as they specialise in programmatic and data-driven advertising to form customised campaigns. Based on the North Shore, the business has grown exponentially in the last 5 years as their reputation continues to grow in the market.

The ideal candidate will be an all around digital specialist having worked in B2B marketing, and with a strong knowledge of eDMs and brand strategy. You will work with a senior manager and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute; this will be a fairly hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

-Overall you will be taking their brand to market in aim of attracting more clientele, via all digital and traditional channels possible.

-Plan, implement and measure all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and assess against ROI/KPIs

-Strategically build and maintain all social media presence

-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience

-Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

-Constant review and analysis of results and analytics including review of user site journeys within Google Analytics and Sitecore reporting tools to ensure sites are ever evolving and improving using strategies such as A/B testing

-Supporting the business developing and utilising world class content across multiple user platforms

-Liaise and collaborate with external agencies and other vendor partners

-Strategic approach to the creation of EDM’s

-Building a marketable database that can be monetised.

Requirements:

-1-2 years minimum experience, in a client side or agency digital marketing role, and working on B2B campaigns a big plus.

-Proven experience with hands-on SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

-Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

-Experience with CMS platforms

-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

-Working knowledge of ad serving tools

-Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

– Confident, flexible, can-do attitude, and ability to work autonomously

This digital marketing specialist will play an integral role in shaping their brand and presence in the market in order to further grow the business. It is for a self-starter and someone with a wide knowledge across the full digital landscape.
